Pons Property Solutions ("we", "us") is a small Hamilton business. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote through our website, by email, phone or text, we collect the details you give us:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your property address
- The service you're interested in, preferred date and time
- Anything else you choose to tell us in your message
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and carry out and invoice any work you book with us.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing. Your quote request is delivered to our inbox through an email delivery service (EmailJS), and our invoices are handled through our accounting provider. These services only process your details so we can do the above.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to quote, do the work, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@ponssolutions.co.nz and we'll respond as soon as we can, and within 20 working days.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
